Status as of January 6. 2021
So, this is the first day of the Lederhosen challenge. The plan is to lose about 15 kg by Christmas.
I reached the heaviest I’ve ever been and decided it’s time to do something about it.
So, from today, January 6. 2021 until just before Christmas 2021 I will be eating and drinking less fattening food and drink, plus doing regular light exercise. Walking for one hour in the mornings
