Here’s a picture of the NO fly zones in Tenerife. Please note that the whole of the national park is also a no Drone fly zone.
Depending on what app you use, you may get different information. It has been brought to my attention that using the Drone Assist app. You may have to turn off aerial hazard in the advanced settings of the filter for regulated, lower airspace. This is just a warning to watch out for paragliders, etc.
