I just ordered a portion of kebab meat and then I ordered some curry sauce and a piece of naan bread from the Indian next door. I don’t normally post stuff. I don’t cook, but this was great.
I fried some onions and folded in some aïoli, then grilled the meat on a griddle to get it crispy. Mix it all up with salad and rolled in a naan bread. With Jalfrezi curry sauce on top.
