Full write-up

This episode started with chaos — strong winds knocking things around outside and forcing Clio and Chris to postpone the meetup. Instead of cancelling, I decided to go ahead anyway and see what happened.

Inside Terraza Manolo, things were calm, and it gave us the perfect chance to explore the place properly. I walked through the menu in detail, looking at everything from tapas to paella, and we even got into the pricing — which is actually pretty reasonable for Tenerife.

Then came the tech side. I tested multiple microphones and camera setups live, which led to a bit of echo chaos — but also some useful real-world learning.

The highlight, though, was the food. Garlic prawns, spicy meatballs, and a very unexpected sweet black pudding. Some dishes were excellent, others… not quite for me — but that’s the honest experience you only get live.

In the end, it turned into one of those classic Tenerife evenings: unplanned, relaxed, and full of small moments that make living here what it is.
